The 2026 Orgelkids Taiwan Summer Music Camp took place at Pingtung Performing Arts Centre from August 5 till 8. The children performed a complete adaptation of Mozart’s eight-act opera Magic Flute over the course of three days. A special arrangement of Mozart’s piece was made for 5 organs (4 Orgelkids organs and 1 big organ) by Guy Bovet.
Their performance was so rich and magnificent that the teachers watched with tears in their eyes, and the urge to commemorate the occasion remains strong.
We are confident that, for the children at the summer camp, the organ is no longer merely an abstract concept.
